Deal Duck Liquidation sells merchandise across multiple sales channels, including but not limited to our ecommerce website, online marketplaces, social commerce platforms, and in-store sales.

As a result, inventory levels may change without notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock quantities, customers acknowledge and agree that:

· Items may sell on another platform before a website order is processed

· Inventory synchronization delays may occur

· Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been reviewed and confirmed by our team 

We reserve the right to:

· Cancel any order due to inventory discrepancies

· Refund payments in full if an item is no longer available

· Limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion

Order cancellation due to inventory unavailability does not constitute breach of contract or liability on the part of Deal Duck Liquidation.
