Delivery confirmation by the carrier constitutes successful fulfillment.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve issues before initiating a payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors including:

· Delivery confirmation

· Policy acceptance records

· Customer communications

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

· Account restrictions
